1. How do I search for properties?

Please go to the search page by clicking the Property Search button on the navigation bar at the top of the page. Enter the type of property, city and price range of your search and press the "Search" button.

You can also enter additional search criteria to refine your search, you can enter the MLS ID of the property if you know it, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, or the address in order to focus your search.

2. How do I register?

It is very easy, and free! Please go to our registration page and enter your username, first name, last name, and e-mail (telephone is optional). You must click on the "I accept the Terms & Conditions" before clicking the Submit button. You can also check the appropriate box if you would like to receive relevant news and property information. Please note that you password will be sent to your e-mail. You must use your username and the password you will receive in your e-mail in order to star using the great features this website offers.

3. How do I create a list of my favorites?

You can create a list of favorite properties. You must be signed in to select properties as favorites. Every time you perform a search you will see the "Add to Favorites" button to the right of each property. Once you click on this button, an image with the word "Favorites" will appear confirming you have already added the property to your favorites list. You can access your favorites list at anytime by pressing the link on the top right hand corner of the page.

Properties that are Sold will be removed from your list. You can also remove properties from your list by pressing the "Delete" button to the right of each property.

4. How do I save a search?

After you enter the criteria for a search (see: How do I search for properties?), you will go to a page that displays your search results. On the top right of the page, just below the horizontal navigation bar, you will see a field that says "Save this search as". You must enter a name for the search and press the "Save Search" button.

You must be signed in to save a search. In order to see your saved searches, you will need to follow the "My Searches" link on the top right corner of the page.

5. How do I sign up for e-mail alerts?

You must first save one or more searches (see: How do I save a search?). You can see the list of saved searches by following the link of "My Searches" located in the top right corner of the page. In the My Searches page, you can activate e-mail alerts for each of your searches by clicking on the "Activate" link to the right of each search. You can also Deactivate the e-mail alerts for a particular search by clicking on the "Deactivate" link to the right of the search.

6. How do I modify or delete a previously saved search?

In the My Searches page, you can edit the search criteria of any search by following the "Edit" link to the right of the search. You can also delete the search by clicking on the "Delete" link.

7. How can I see the results of a search I have already saved?

In the My Searches page, click on the "View Results" link at the right of the search name and you will be able to see an up to date list of all the properties that match the criteria you entered for that search.
