Every Thursday night at 7 pm, a free training seminar is offered to all our Associates on various industry related topics in conjunction with the courses offered on Weichert University On-Line.  This seminar also includes: The Mentor Series II with David Knox, the # 1 real estate speaker in the US, the exclusive Weichert Realtors Doors® Listing Presentation, and a myriad of other tools and resources to help you keep your business going strong.

Each of the subjects discussed is grounded in our pledge of service and enveloped by our commitment to providing expert knowledge to each one of our Associates. 

This program is specific to new Associates with no experience.  We pair up the new Associate with an experienced Realtor (Mentor) who will show the new Associate the daily activities of real estate including training on the Multiple Listing Service, Contracts and Listing Forms, etc. ­ The advantage of having the Mentor's support and guidance through his (her) first transactions, creates a Realtor with confidence who has been exposed to all the scenarios in a real estate transaction, and builds a strong bond between Mentor and Trainee.
