Abraham Chehebar, who serves as Managing Director, has over 13 years experience in the fields of retail, distribution and real estate. After starting and selling a toy distribution company in 1997 to Bandai Japan, he became CEO of an e-commerce company headquartered in Miami. Short after; Abraham joined forces with Steven Schmutter and ventured into the real estate market, starting a successful journey into the Miami Beach real estate industry.  By investing and managing low income producing properties in the North Beach area of Miami Beach, both Mr. Chehebar and Mr. Schmutter managed to accumulate a portfolio of more than one thousand units. A year later, they were joined by Alberto Bassal, who brought with him knowledge and experience to expand beyond low income producing properties, and entered the market for high end single family properties.

In 2004, recognizing the future and importance of the real estate market in Miami, the three entrepreneurs acquired Best Beach Real Estate.  Mr. Chehebar, who serves as Managing Director, sets the strategic direction for the company. Mr. Schmutter is responsible for managing the portfolio of fully owned properties and drives investments into new properties.  And Mr. Bassal, is responsible for the selection and purchasing of distressed properties and remodeling them to their fullest potential.
