Abraham Chehebar, Managing Director of the Miami Beach company, revealed that listings were up 25 percent from June to August 2006 and the MLS showed a 30-percent increase in market share.  They now have 120 real estate agents, an increase of 40 percent from November 2005 to September 2006.
